For the Users of the four Bio-NMR Research Infrastructures, the costs for attending the meeting will be fully covered by the organization. This includes full board and lodging from Thursday until Sunday morning.

Travel expences will be covered following the EC rules. For journeys by air, the amount accepted shall not exceed the economy class air fare and the cheapest price must be sought (APEX, PEX or "excursion").

The reimbursement of these costs is limited to two applicants per user group (exception could be made in some cases) and handled by the different RIs individually.  For more information or questions concerning this matter, please address directly your facility.
